MAGIC 8 BALL SAYS “OUTLOOK GOOD”

As We Celebrate Our 8th Anniversary, There's a Great Deal of "New" to Share!

New faces. New regions. New offerings. Even a new mobile-friendly website. This has been a year of tremendous growth for Creative Workforce Solutions—we've expanded in virtually every way imaginable. And, that means we have more to offer you.

A lot has changed since this time last year, and there's even more in store for the months ahead.
New Talent

Meet Marisa Standley, the most recent addition to our team. As an HR Assistant, Marisa supports our internal team as well as clients. She has allowed us to expand our administrative expertise into writing and editing employee handbooks, developing and disseminating job postings, and sourcing and interviewing prospective hires. Marisa enjoys guiding candidates through the process and helping them find the right fit for their skills and personalities.

New Geography

We welcomed our first overseas clients in the UK and Israel, and have expanded our footprint into Georgia, Wisconsin and Las Vegas. Where to next? We have a few ideas.

New Solutions

We're growing our HR outsourcing offering, helping clients create more effective employee communications, and expanding our coaching practice to guide clients and impact change. More on these below!

For you, this growth means new areas in which we can help. So read on and give us a ring (or text, or send an email—it's up to you). We'd love to talk about how we can put these ideas to work for you.

Three Advantages of Objective, Professional Coaching

As members of the International Coach Federation, Creative Workforce Solutions stays up-do-date on best practices and is always learning new ways to help organizations and individuals maximize their potential.

Here are just three of the many ways that, through thoughtful assessments, proven concepts and a constructive approach, CWS can support your team:

    1. Personal Development—One-on-one coaching can help an employee define a career path or understand management expectations.
    2. Team Efficiency—Improve how your teams function, enhance manager effectiveness and reduce time spent managing poor performers by highlighting strengths, identifying weaknesses and creating realistic goals.
    3. Retention—Build loyalty by providing a greater sense of connection and commitment.

Creating Harder-Working Employee Materials

Well-designed employee communications aren't just pretty—they actually aid in engagement, understanding and retention of important information. By drawing the reader through the text, thoughtful design helps employees prioritize, visualize, scan and recall necessary details. In addition, well-designed materials make employees feel valued and help reinforce your brand.

Creative Workforce Solutions provides our clients with professionally designed materials, including:

  • New hire guides and welcome kits
  • Policy manuals
  • Employee handbooks
  • Training materials
  • Benefit and compensation guides
  • Intuitive and interactive forms

HR-Driven Innovation and Simplicity

This year, our partner CWS Software has further enhanced The Unity Suite® of software solutions to better support HR pros and end users. Here are two great examples:

  • TalentComp manager updates make the talent compensation software incredibly easy for administrative users. TalentComp has always been simple for end users—now HR admins get a more streamlined experience, too!
  • The TimeOut mobile app for Android and Apple devices has really taken off, allowing employees and managers to quickly submit and approve vacation requests on the fly, see who's out, and more. People love the speed and convenience.

Thank you for putting your trust in Creative Workforce Solutions. As we look back on another successful year, we know we owe it all to you!

Regards,
Sue
