Sue Brocaglia came highly recommended by a colleague of mine when I was asking for assistance in getting our HR policies in line with regulatory requirements and good practice. She led the effort to update our employee classifications and compensation procedures and helped get our documents and handbooks where they needed to be. On the way, we decided to have Sue pull together and teach a two day management and supervisor course for our newly formed management team. Sue teamed up with her colleague Carrie Plantamura and successfully covered the basic requirements of supervision and leadership. The team from Creative Workforce continues to provide leadership, HR and recruiting support for our team.
