I view the Creative Workforce Solutions team as a valuable HR consulting firm. The Roseland Library Board requested CWS to review, revise and develop HR policies that were missing for the Roseland Free Public Library, a very small team of employees. Carrie Plantamura provided results beyond my expectations. Carrie not only performed the requested revision and development of policies and procedures, she provided much needed incite to operations to the Library Board. Carrie approached the job more like a member of the management team than an outside consultant. Her caring to provide improvement to the HR function and the working environment for the employees was demonstrated throughout the engagement. I feel comfortable to reach out to Carrie and Sue Brocaglia for their support and guidance now and in the future.
