Sue is like Mary Poppins—she floats in, cleans up and fixes what needs fixing. As our acting HR director for just over a year, she helped position us for a phase of incredible growth. Under her direction, we filled nearly 80 positions, trained three levels of management, and steered the realignment of our agency. From management development and new employee relations guidelines to refined compliance policies and future-focused core values, she essentially came in and ‘righted the ship.’ Sue came in at a critical time and really helped us take the company to the next level.
