Simply put, Sue is a true HR leader. When I joined Veritext in late 2011, it became immediately obvious to me that we needed additional bandwidth and leadership within our HR function. Sue jumped right into the project, quickly asserting herself as a trusted, professional and knowledgeable resource with our HR team as well as our organization as a whole. Sue’s ability to lead and source solutions in all facets of HR is very unique. While with us, she assisted in recruitment (which ultimately led to the hiring of our VP of HR), employee relations, 401K assessment and replacement, benefits broker RFP and employment law matters. Over the 6 months that we worked together, we accomplished a ton and I would greatly welcome the opportunity to work with her again.
